Declutter means the removal of unnecessary things. When our mind is cluttered, it wastes our time and energy. It also creates mental confusion, a distraction that prevents you from making decisions and being productive.
Declutter your mind is removing unnecessary thoughts from your brain and changing the way you have been thinking. It requires us to become intentional on where we place our attention and how we spend our time and energy. It’s not difficult if you give it a little bit of time.

From morning to night, when you are happy with something or enjoying something, whether it is your food, dress, tv-show, gym, climate, walking, whatever it is, just write it down in a book or note at least 5 to 10 things every day you are thankful for.

Try Digital Detox
let go of your devices for a while every day. it could be turning them off for at least 10mins, ½ hr., 1hr whatever time you are comfortable., Some people do digital detoxes for a whole week, or even more. It is not possible for everyone but find a way to disconnect from the digital world at least a little every day. Let your mind get relieved of everything that makes you stressed. And concentrate on what’s going on around you in the reality.
